Ski Outfit…This Bib pulls you in
I finally checked skiing off my bucket list. Woo Hoo. I’ve always wanted to try skiing so when the opportunity came I jumped at it. We went to the cutest town ever…Sapphire, NC. It reminded me of a Hallmark Christmas movie, so y’all know I was in heaven.
The drive was cool. We saw a lot of snow, and that made me happy. Some of the roads were a little tricky, so driving was a bit scary but we made it.

We stayed in the cutest cabin/house. And yes, it reminded me of something out of a Hallmark movie!
Skiing was so fun. Can I ski? Absolutely not, but falling down was fun. I only made it down the hill twice. The last fall (I fell a few times) was pretty hard and snow flew in my mouth so I figured that was it for me! Would I do it again? Heck yeah! My whole goal in life after turning 40 was to live my best life and I was living it skiing and falling. LOL!

And then…down goes Frazier. Look where the skis are…notice they are not on my feet. LOL!
This trip reminded me that having a good group of girlfriends is a must. I only knew two women when I got there, but we all became instant friends. We laughed, sang and danced the whole weekend. I’ve said it before, and I will say it again…find you a good group of girlfriends or at least a friend who has a good group that you can join. It’s the best therapy.
