Covid has taken away our holiday gatherings this year, and I’m pretty sad about it, but the upside is we have Zoom. I know work has us zoomed out, but it’s the holidays and it’s the only way we can get together with our friends and family. This also means that you have to make your immediate family gatherings even more special.
Today I’m sharing some quick recipes that you and your friends and/or family can all prepare and then eat together on a zoom call and feel like you all are all together.
All the recipes below are very simple because if you know me, you know cooking is not my thing and I don’t like to be in the kitchen for hours.
Recipes:
Slow-Cooker Grape Jelly Meatballs - I will not add the sricacha because I don’t do spicy

Sausage Balls - I would leave the parsley out because it seems like to much. If you know me, this makes sense. LOL!

Cranberry Brie Bites - I’ll use canned cranberry sauce. Again, I’m all about easy.

Ham and Cheese Sliders - I would leave the poppy seeds off, but that’s just me!

Christmas Pasta Salad - How cute is this?
You can make a couple of these or all of them. Either way I think these will make you happy. I’m definitely going to prepare a few for my parents on Christmas Eve. I hope you enjoy and if you make any please tag me on social media. Also, please share any other recipes…we will need them for NYE too, because Covid isn’t going anywhere.
Happy Holidays,
CC
